BC's Curriculum

The Core Competencies are sets of intellectual, personal, and social and emotional proficiencies that students need in order to be successful life-long learners and educated citizens.

POPEY has formatted several Core Competencies documents - into K-3 teacher and student-friendly formats.

Additionally, we have adapted the draft curriculum's Profiles and I Statements - from the Ministry’s Core Competencies documents - for ease of use and comprehension for K-3 students.
