Be a Good Ancestor, by Leona Prince and Gabrielle Prince, is put into action at Walnut Park Elementary

The teachers and students at Walnut Park Elementary in Smithers use the book Be a Good Ancestor by Leona Prince and Gabrielle Prince as an anchor text to discuss Indigenous Perspectives. 

The whole school focuses on one page of the book each month as they dive deep into interpreting and learning about different ways to be a good ancestor.
