Classroom Indoor Garden

Captain Meares Elementary Secondary School in Tahsis teaches students about food sustainability and healthy eating as they grow their indoor garden year-round. Students and teachers enjoy harvesting and eating their vegetables in a variety of salads and other meals for special lunches.
